LEAGUE CONCERN AS EGYPT DETAINS IRISH NATIONAL
The Celtic League has asked the Irish government if representations
have made to the government of Egypt over the detention of two Irish
nationals (one of whom is still held) on the Gaza-Egypt border.

What representations has the Irish government made to the Egyptian authorities over the detention Treasa Ní Cheannabháin from Barna, Co Galway, and her daughter, medical student Naisrin Elsafty?
Also what steps is the government taking to assist Treasa Ní Cheannabháin whose detention is continuing (at the time of writing) after her daughters release?"
