Twinning Plogoneg – Llandysul

On August 20th 1989, Plogonnec, a small town in South-West Brittany, between Douarnenez and Kemper/Quimper, 2 miles south-east from Locronan, confirmed its twinning with Llandysul in Wales, by signing the charter.

The twinning committee decided to celebrate its 20th anniversary by creating a sound and lights show whose theme will be a hero that the Welsh and Bretons share: Saint Telo.
